摘要/Abstract

大学排行作为大学评价的一种方式，其评价指标的设置部分地反映出大学评价的理念。当前大学排行评价指标的问题主要表现在注重科研成果，忽视学生学习，重视教育投入和教育产出，忽视教育过程以及评价质量标准单一化。所以必须转变大学评价理念，为真正实现“以评促改,以评促建,以评促管”寻找出路。大学评价理念转变的基本方向需从“以科研为本”转变为“以学生为本”，从重投入产出转变为投入，过程，产出三者相结合，从单一评价转变为多元评价。为成功实现理念转变，其有效的实现路径是，站在“以学生为本”的基础上，立足“可持续发展”战略实现

University ranking as a way of university evaluation, the evaluation index set in part reflects the idea of university evaluation. Evaluation index of the current university ranking problem pays attention to scientific research, neglecting the students learning, attaching great importance to the education input and output, ignoring the education process and evaluation of quality standards for simplification. So we have to change the university evaluation concept, to truly achieve 'to libraries, to build libraries, to review and promote tube' . The basic goals of university evaluation concept change from 'based on scientific research' into 'with the students for this', a heavier input and output to input, process, output, the combination of all three from the single evaluation to pluralistic evaluation. The successful implementation idea transformation and its effective implementation path is on the base of students, based on the strategy of 'sustainable development' , process evaluation and multiple evaluation.
