摘要/Abstract

教育的分割现象是客观存在的，教育投入、教育过程、教育回报在教育的发展过程中是遵循着教育分割原理的。教育分割的初衷是为了提高我国教育发展速度，提升教育发展质量，但是教育分割的结果却极大地破坏了我国教育发展的平衡，优质教育资源分配不均，城乡教育机会不公，使我国教育差距日益扩大。所以，破解教育二元分割，在教育投入上 “去行政化”，教育过程中建立“一体两面”的师生关系，对教育回报构建整体与多元化教育体系，从而促进我国教育整合优化发展。

Education division phenomenon is objective existence, in the process of the development ,education investment, education process and education returns follow the principle of division of education. Education division is designed to improve the speed and the quality of education development in our country , but the result of the education division has greatly damaged the balance of education development, the uneven distribution of high quality education resources, urban and rural education chance to injustice, making our country education gap widening .So in order to crack education binary segmentation, non-administration on education expenditure, establishing the 'two sides' of the relationship between teachers and students, the education returns to build one whole education system, so as to promote the development of our country education integration optimization.
