摘要/Abstract

在高等教育国际化中，教师的参与程度至关重要。里士满大学作为美国一所中等规模的本科院校，在促进教师参与国际化方面做的非常成功，为探讨如何促进我国本科院校教师参与国际化，本文以美国里士满大学为例，从组织承诺、管理机构、课程国际化、教师政策、跨境教育五个维度分析里士满大学为促进教师参与国际化所采取的措施，以期为我国本科院校提供一些借鉴及建议。

Abstract: The faculty’s engagement is crucial to the higher education internationalization. As a medium-sized baccalaureate colleges in the United States, the University of Richmond has been successful in promoting faculty’s engagement in internationalization . Aims to explore how to promote Chinese faculty’s engagement in colleges, We analyze the measures taken by the University of Richmond of promoting faculty’s engagement ,from the five dimensions of institutional commitment, administrative structure, curriculum, faculty policies and cross-border education, so as to provide some reference and suggestions to Chinese’ colleges .
