摘要/Abstract

本文以“2015年东北师范大学教育实习中的大学指导教师”为研究对象，采取问卷调查法与访谈法，对教育实习指导教师的角色和作用进行分析。研究表明，指导教师起着协调者、管理者、指导者、评价者、心理保健者、研究者、学习者等作用。笔者在研究过程中也发现了一些问题，并提出了相应的建议，以期为未来的教育实习提供参考。

In this paper, 'the university teachers in the education practice of Northeast Normal University in 2015' as the research object, take the questionnaire survey method and interview method, to analyze the role orientation and function of the teachers in education practice. Studies have shown that the teacher plays a role of coordinator, management, guidance, evaluation, psychological health, researchers, learners. The author also found some problems in the research process, and put forward the corresponding suggestions, in order to provide reference for the future of education practice.
