摘要/Abstract
通过观察2014年多起教育舆情危机事件案例,可以见出当前我国义务、高等教育阶段危机事件频发,校园安全、校园管理类议题为舆情焦点。从危机起源来看,转型期教育社会问题突出、主流媒体放大效应、社会信任危机阴影与教育领域急遽变革、城乡二元对立、官方应对诸多不足可视为当前教育舆情危机频发的深层动因。为此,处置教育舆情危机一方面要重视具体应对策略,如实现关键性信息的有效传播,还应关注制度设计,从教育结构和社会环境方面为公众提供权益保障。
Based on cases of educational internet public sentiment crisis events occurred in 2014, it can be see that, on the one hand, educational crises in the compulsory education stage and the higher education stage take place frequently, on another hand, campus safety and campus management make easy targets for public sentiment focus. From the perspective of origin, educational crisis is related to various factors, such as the outstanding educational social problems in the transformation period, the amplification effect of mainstream media, the crisis of social confidence, the rapid change of educational field, the urban-rural opposition and the deficiencies in the official coping strategy. Thus, to strengthen crisis-management ability, we should value the specific coping strategy, such as the effective dissemination of vital information. Meanwhile, pay more attention to the system design to guarantee the public interests in educational structure and social environment.
