摘要/Abstract

教师教学培训是促进教师教学发展的主要手段，为了促进教师教学发展，必须开展更为有效的教学培训。了解高校教师的教学培训需求是开展有效教学培训的前提条件，本文通过数据调查分析，从培训目的、培训时间、培训内容、培训形式和培训考核方式等不同方面了解到高校教师的具体需求，并发现高校教师具有明确的培训目的需求、灵活的培训时间需求、针对性的培训内容需求、多样性的培训形式需求等特点。

Instructional training is the most important mean of promoting the development of teaching, for this purpose the promotion of the development of teaching, we must be take a more effective instructional training. It’s very necessary to understand the needs of instructional training of university teachers .We use the survey of data analysis, learned from the different aspects about training purposes, training time, training content, training forms and training of university teachers and other specific needs, and found that university teachers with a clear demand for training purposes, flexible training time requirements, targeted training content requirements, the diversity of forms of training needs and so on.
