摘要/Abstract

学费作为大学经济利益纠葛最为直接的部分，其涨幅的变化必然为引起社会各界的广泛关注。继2007年教育部出台的关于高教学费5年“限涨令”到期之后，大学学费迎来了新的上涨浪潮，有媒体甚至声称“报复性上涨”。一场有关大学学费问题的唇枪舌剑的讨论在所难免。笔者在知网上搜寻2013至2014年有关大学学费上涨的期刊数据作为材料，进行分析以得出更深刻的见解，以推进学费问题背后的研究。

The tuition costs is the direct part of Complex economic interests in University, which will arouse public concern when it face a change. The tuition costs will begin a new wave of rising tide after the expire of limited rise order of five years which is published in 2007 by Ministry of Education. Some Media even claimed it as Retaliation rise. A fierce debate about the tuition costs rising is inevitably. The author search for the Periodical data about the College tuition increasing as the first hand material in order to get more valuable information.
