摘要/Abstract

人口结构的显著变化，呈现出老龄化发展趋势，这将会对政治、经济、及科、教、文、卫等方面产生深刻的作用，特别是对教育事业的影响。我国在这方面的研究较少，在国外老龄化社会中，均采取一系列的教育策略来应对这一挑战，从而为我国老龄化社会的教育发展提供了有价值的启示。通过归纳，主要表现在以下两个方面：从宏观层面发展老年教育，开发低龄老年人力资源；在微观教育系统内部，则从教师、老年学科及高校与科研所作用因素进行分析。

The significant changes of the population structure shows a trend of population aging, which will have a profound effect on the political, economic, and science, education, culture, health and other aspects, especially on education. In China, the research of influence of population aging on education is less, however, strategies are taken to deal with this challenge in foreign aging society, which provides valuable inspiration to educational development in our country aging society. Mainly can be generalized in the following two aspects. On one hand, to develop elderly resources through Elderly Education. On the other hand, to analyze the interaction through teachers , elderly subjects and universities and research.
