教育民主对教育管理的有效实施有着十分重要的意义，也成为了近年来学界讨论的热点。本文主要介绍教育民主对教育管理的动力作用。对教育民主的内涵及内容做了简要介绍，并具体提出教育民主的动力作用包括了避免信息不对称，保障了各利益主体参与教育管理事务的权利；调动各方参与热情，提高了教育管理事务决策的科学性和有效性；营造良好的氛围，形成了独特而适宜的教育管理文化三个方面。进而提出了关于实现其动力作用的四点措施，即理念上，坚持以人为本；实践上，提高成员的民主参与能力；制度上，构建和完善教育民主的相关机制；技术上，重视大数

In recent years, a hot topic that educational democracy is significant to the effective implementation of educational administration is prevalent in the educational articles. The article mainly introduces the dynamic role of educational democracy to educational administration. The meaning and contents of educational democracy is briefly introduced in the article, and three parts of the dynamic effects are included, avoiding the asymmetry of information to ensure the rights of the different stakeholders who involved in educational administration, mobilizing enthusiasm to improve scientific decision-making and effectiveness of educational administration, and creating a good atmosphere to forming a unique and appropriate management culture. At the same time, the article also presents on a four-point measures to realize its dynamic role, adhering to people-oriented in concept, improving the democratic participation of members in practice, constructing and improving the related mechanism in system, and carrying out bid data technology.
