In the rapid process of social transformation, some questions of gender stereotypes raise scholars’ even the whole people’s concern. This thesis divided in four parts. The first part implys the features of disadvantages when female enter into job market, which explains in four points—the tacit social net, the capacity and range of social net, the fairness on education and working, the field of occupational language. The second parts made analysis on the foundation of the scientific theory of Bourdieu, finding the cause of phenomenon in the first part through Bourdieu’s core point—field, habitus, capital. The third part listed three measures to solve occupational discrimination on women, the last part was a brief summary of the thesis to concentrate the main points.
