摘要/Abstract

本文主要从建构主义理论的产生，基本思想，及其所推崇的教学模式入手，对西方教育心理学中流行的建构主义理论进行浅析，笔者根据当前大学英语课堂教学的现状，谈及了建构主义理论对于大学英语课堂教学的启示，并指出大学英语课堂教学更应该注重调动学习者的积极性，同时更应该打破学习者认知过程中的 ‘平衡’状态，促使学习者对英语的学习活动要进入一个良性的循环。

This paper mainly derived from the origins of the theory of constructivism, it’s basic ideas, and advocated teaching mode to analysis the constructivism , which is popular in western educational psychology. The author according to the status of current college English classroom teaching talks about constructivism theory enlightenment to college English classroom teaching, and points out that college English Teaching should pay attention to arouse students’ enthusiasm, should at the same time breaks in the study of cognitive process in the state of ‘balance’, in order to make learners of English learning activities to enter a virtuous cycle.
