A balanced development of professionalization of teachers in rural and urban areas bears a great significance for fair development of education and harmonized development of the society in China. This essay analyzed existing problems concerning development of professionalization of teachers in rural and urban areas from the perspective of Theory of Justice, such as unclear roles played by professionalization of teachers, insufficient professional knowledge, insufficient resources for development and uncertainty of professional teams. Meanwhile, some development strategies are put forward in this essay with the aim to provide some ideas for the realization of balanced development of professionalization of teachers in rural and urban areas.
