教育经费的短缺向高校捐赠提出了迫切要求，而我国的教育捐赠事业一直努力未果。与此相反，英美等国的教育捐赠事业蓬勃发展，为其高等教育的发展提供了经济保障，这都得益于英美国家的政策引导及制度化的捐赠激励模式。结合我国国情，学习、借鉴英美配捐制的成功经验，开启教育捐赠新渠道，要求我国政府、企业、高校以及个人共同努力和协作。

The lack of educational expenditure raises a claim to Chinese higher education donation. And Chinese higher education donation is always on the way, strive but don’t succeed. Countries such as Britain and America, by contrast, the vigorous development of education donation for the development of higher education provides economic security. All of this thanks for British and American national policy guidance and institutionalization of incentive donation mode. Open new channels of Chinese education donation need not only learning and drawing lessons from the successful experience of American and British Matching Gifts Program and combining with Chinese national conditions, but also Chinese government, enterprises, colleges, universities and personal joint efforts and collaboration.
