摘要/Abstract

亲社会动机与行为是构建和谐社会的基础。通过对全国八所高校大学生亲社会动机与行为的调查发现，大学生的人际信任水平较低，共情处于平均水平。面对需要施以援手的情境，虽然大学生愿意提供帮助的意愿比较高，但是愿意提供帮助的时间却比较短。不同性别在亲社会动机与行为上存在显著差异。调查显示，从提高亲社会行为互惠性的认识以及提高助人情境安全性和心理安全感，增加人际信任和共情能力，可以提高大学生的亲社会动机与行为。

The prosocial motivation and behavior is important to build a harmonious society. This study do a survey to the students comes from eight colleges. The results indicate the students interpersonal trust are lower and the empathy level are average. In the helping situation, the students have higher level of helping willingness but lower level of helping time. The male and female have significant different in the prosocial motivation and behavior. At last, we suggest improving the situation safety and psychological safety, improving the empathy and interpersonal trust may increase the prosocial motivation and behavior.
