摘要/Abstract

“二十大产儿现象”对苏联共产党和苏维埃社会主义共和国联盟所造成的不可逆转的深远影响为我们敲响警钟, 苏联历史是当代中国的一面镜子。当前我国意识形态领域中历史虚无主义等干扰声音对青年人特别是高校大学生造成历史观上的误导，要求从执政党高层到基层教学单位，从平面媒体到网络重地，都要担起引领青年端正历史观的社会责任，对历史虚无主义在内的干扰声音要敢于“亮剑”，以正视听。

The irreversible and far-reachingimpact caused by 'the Twentieth births phenomenon' for Soviet Communist Party and union     of Soviet Socialist Republic sounds the alarm for China, And the history of Soviet is a mirror of contemporary China.Some disturbances in the ideological field ,historical nihilism included ,have misleaded the view of history between young people ,especially between college students.This situtation requires us——from the ruling party to basic teaching units,from print media to network powerhouse,should undertake the social responsibility to lead the youth upright the view of history,and dare to show the blade to the disturbances ,historical nihilism included.Only in this can we  set the record straight.
