随着社会科技的发展，互联网作为一种在重要的传播方式对人们生活所产生的影响正在逐步地扩大，曾经作为积极的力量对社会做出重要贡献的网络舆论正在走向一条偏激的道路，偏离了人们所期望的道路，逐渐地演变成了一种可怕的“暴力”形式。从最初的“女子虐猫事件”到后来的“后妈虐童”事件，我们可以清晰地看见互联网这把双刃剑的负面影响，网路舆论开始公开地挑战传统社会的道德底线。从传播学的视角，我们可以看到此类现象出现的深入原因，并相应地给出对应政策。

With the development of science and technology, the Internet as a kind of transmission mode in people’s life, which the importance of the impact is gradually expanding.
