摘要/Abstract

加强高校马克思主义理论队伍建设是新时期高校推进马克思主义中国化、时代化、大众化的关键所在，也是进一步加强和改善大学生思想政治教育工作的重要环节。目前学术界对这一问题的整体研究还很薄弱，在高校思想政治工作队伍和高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设方面的研究成果相对丰硕。对队伍建设问题的研究是进行队伍建设的重要前提条件，梳理以往学者们对这一问题研究的概况无疑是开展研究的必备基础性工作。

Strengthening the construction of Marxist theory team in colleges is crisis for impelling Localization of Marxism in China, contemporary, popular ,it’s important for Improving ideological and political education on college students.Research about this problem is weaker than studies on the construction of ideological and political education team in colleges.Researching into contruction of team is preconditiong of constructing team,sorting out previous research overview is necessary foundation work.
