摘要/Abstract

通过“群众演员亲身体会”、“接触当地群众演员”、“发放问卷调查”三种方式，横店影视城群众演员的生活百态跃然纸上，他们的生存现状并不乐观，亟需规范相关机构，亟待完善相关立法。针对具体对策，本文从演员公会、剧组、群头以及群演自身四方面详细阐述解决办法，旨在为完善此方面的法律规范提供建议，改善群众演员的社会生活环境，维护他们的合法权益。

Through 'real experience', 'contact local figurants' and 'a questionnaire survey' these three ways, the figurants’ life in Hengdian World Studios fleshed out. Their living situation is not optimistic. The relevant agencies need normalization, and the relevant legislation must be improved. As for the specific countermeasures, this paper, from the four aspects of Screen Actors Guild, Film crew, head of the group, and figurants themselves, set forth the solutions in detail, aiming to providing suggestions to improve the legal standard, the social life of the figurants’ living environment and maintaining their legitimate rights and interests.
