数字环境中图书馆管理创新需要探索新的策略，这些策略包括基于不同的服务理念的图书馆业务流程的改造；压缩管理层级，构建扁平化的图书馆组织；建立团队结构，实行团队管理；以柔性管理弥补刚性结构的不足。

It is necessary for library management innovation to explore new strategies in the digital environment.
