摘要/Abstract

提出“情感效能”的概念，皆在反映情感功能的实现程度，是考察人们情感状态的一个途径。情感效能具有以“程度性”为主且包括“波动性”“相对性”“可控性”在内的常见特性，依据不同的标准又可分为相应的类型，如“正的效能”与“负的效能”。情感效能的影响因素，涉及作用主体的特性、事物或现象属性、社会文化、重要他人的介入与退出等主要七个方面。情感的低效能引致了一些列社会问题，本文在已有分析的基础上作出尝试性的回答。

To put forward Emotional Effectiveness as a conception is all to show the degree where emotional function has been implemented. In addition, it is an approach to explore people’s emotional conditions. Emotional effectiveness has the common properties: instable, relative, controllability, and degree is the primary property. Depending on the different standards, it will be assorted to homologous types, such as positive effectiveness and negative effectiveness. Emotional effectiveness comprehends numerous and complex variables, character of subject, nature of phenomenon or object, social culture, and significant others’ intervention or quit included. Low degree of emotional effectiveness has led to a series of social problems. Due to certain analyses, this article will try to give a Trial answer to some social problems.
