摘要/Abstract

加强医学伦理教育，对于提高医学研究生的综合素质，培养德才兼备的高级医学专业人才，促进我国医学事业健康发展具有重要的意义。高等医学院校应重视医学伦理学在研究生教育中的地位和作用，树立“动态的、开放的”医学伦理教育理念，同时结合医学研究生教育的实际，让医学研究生教育的各个环节都参与到医学伦理的教育和实践之中。

Intensifying ethnics education is of great significance in upgrading comprehensive quality of medical graduate students, training medical elites who having both ability and moral integrity and promoting Chinese medicine to develop in a right way. So medical colleges should attach much importance to the status and function of ethnics in medical graduate students, and to establish “dynamic and open ” medical ethnics education concept, combining the reality of medical graduate education, so that every part of medical graduate education would join medical ethnics education and practice.
