在高等教育大众化的今天，大学生思想政治教育令人堪忧。依据教育规律，针对当代大学生自主意识强的特点，开展大学生“自我教育、自我管理、自我服务”的“三自”教育是必要的，也是可行的。本问通过对大学生“三自”教育现状的分析，探讨了辅导员在大学生“三自”教育中的作用，最后提出一些有针对性的对策建议，使“三自”教育为大学生的成长、成才服务。
