摘要/Abstract

高校女职工组织作为作为学校党政组织联系妇女群众的重要桥梁，维护着高校广大女教职工的合法权益。通过调查，我们发现湖北省内的高校普遍设有女职工组织，这些女职工组织针对女职工特点开展了丰富多彩的活动。要进一步充分发挥高校女职工组织的作用，不仅需要各级政府加大关注和支持的力度，而且需要高校女职工组织自身走出“象牙塔”，增强同其它妇女团体组织之间的交流与合作。

Female workers' organizations in University contact the School leaders and the masses of women, it maintains the legitimate rights and interests of female. Through this investigation, we found that colleges and universities in Hubei have established female workers' organizations. They have carried out a variety of activities. Governments at all levels should increase the intensity of attention and support. Female workers' organizations in University should enhance the exchanges and cooperation with the other women's groups.
