摘要/Abstract

随着我国社会主义经济建设的高速发展，教育事业逐步实现了产业化和制度化。高等教育逐渐由精英教育转变为大众教育，大学生的数量越来越多，同时带来了严峻的就业压力。引导和鼓励大学生回乡工作有利于减小就业压力，平衡各地区人才结构，推动各项事业的综合发展。本论文以南京高校的调查为基础对大学生回乡工作进行分析研究，从个人因素、家庭背景和社会环境等几个方面进行讨论，研究大学生回乡意愿的影响因素，并最终为大学生回乡工作的实施和进一步发展提供一些建议和对策。

With China's socialist economic construction of rapid development, gradually achieved education career industrialization and institutionalization. Higher education gradually from the elite education to mass education, change the number of college students is more and more, also brought serious employment pressures. Guide and encourage college students' work is helpful to decrease the employment pressure, balance regional structure of talents, promote the comprehensive development of undertakings. This paper taking nanjing university survey of college students' work based analyze and research from personal factors, family background and social environment aspects discussion, study the influence factors of university students' intend for college students, and eventually return the implementation and further development to provide some Suggestions and countermeasures.
