the paper gives a first analysis of the features, advantages and disadvantages of net-teaching, and the practical problems in CE net-teaching, based on which CE net-teaching is systematically explored. Assuming Linguistics remains to be the source for theories and strategies in CE net-teaching, it advocates the necessity of transplanting theories and strategies from classroom to net and takes interactivity as the appraisal principle in CE net-teaching. It concludes itself with an analysis of the new organization forms for both educators and students, calling for an urgent reform in both the personnel management and teaching management accordingly.
