摘要/Abstract

文章首先分析了网络教学的特征、优缺点和大学英语网络教学的现实问题，在此基础上系统地探索大学英语网络教学。文章认为语言学和现代语言学理论仍然是指导大学英语网络教学理念的基础，课堂教学理念和方法是网络教学理念和方法的来源；指出了迁移课堂教学理念和方法的必要性；主张交互性为网络教学鉴定标准，既包括网络教师建设的平台交互手段及其交互潜能，又包括辅助教师主导的学习共同体通过网络实现的实际互动行为、内容和质量；最后分析了教师工作和学生学习的新型组织方式，提出网络学习的交互监管途径，显示了改革创新整个教学制度的必要。

the paper gives a first analysis of the features, advantages and disadvantages of net-teaching, and the practical problems in CE net-teaching, based on which CE net-teaching is systematically explored. Assuming Linguistics remains to be the source for theories and strategies in CE net-teaching, it advocates the necessity of transplanting theories and strategies from classroom to net and takes interactivity as the appraisal principle in CE net-teaching. It concludes itself with an analysis of the new organization forms for both educators and students, calling for an urgent reform in both the personnel management and teaching management accordingly.
