中国共产党的初心使命是从1921年党成立后始终一以贯之的价值主线，进入新时代，习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想成为党治国理政的根本遵循。这二者相辅相成构成了新时代的统一关系。本文从理论定位与实践路径两个维度展开论证：在理论上，初心使命构成新思想的价值内核与逻辑起点；在实践中，自我革命、人民立场与中国式现代化构成初心使命在新时代展开的三大核心路径。研究表明，这不仅有助于深化对习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的理解，也为新时代党的建设与中国式现代化提供了坚实的根基。

The original aspiration and mission of the Communist Party of China constitute the consistent value thread the Party has upheld since its founding in 1921. Entering the New Era, Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era has become the fundamental guideline for the Party to govern the country. The two complement each other and form an integrated whole for the New Era. This paper conducts a demonstration from two dimensions: theoretical orientation and practical path. Theoretically, the original aspiration and mission serve as the value core and logical starting point of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. Practically, self-reform of the Party, the people-centered stance and Chinese modernization constitute the three core paths for fulfilling the Party’s original aspiration and mission in the New Era. The study shows that this research not only helps deepen the understanding of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, but also lays a solid foundation for Party building and Chinese modernization in the New Era.
