摘要/Abstract

教育数字化是新时代高等教育改革的核心方向,应用型高校作为服务区域产业、培养实践型技术人才的主阵地,开展学生数字素养教育,兼具服务国家战略、赋能产业发展、推动高校转型与助力个体成长多重价值。立足数字素养内涵演进脉络,结合应用型高校产教融合、实践导向、服务地方的办学定位,本文从四个维度阐释数字素养教育的深层价值,构建通用—专业—创新—伦理四维融合的内涵框架,明确各层级核心要义、功能定位与内在关联,为应用型高校开展数字素养教育、培育适配数字经济的复合型数字人才提供理论支撑与实践指引。


Educational digitalization is the core direction of higher education reform in the new era. As the main front for serving regional industries and cultivating practical technical talents, applied universities carry out student digital literacy education, which has multiple values including serving national strategies, empowering industrial development, promoting university transformation, and supporting individual growth. Based on the evolution of digital literacy connotation and combined with the school-running orientation of applied universities featuring industry-education integration, practice orientation, and local service, this paper expounds the deep value of digital literacy education from four dimensions, constructs a four-dimensional integrated connotation framework of "General Literacy – Professional Literacy – Innovation Literacy – Ethical Literacy", clarifies the core meaning, functional positioning and internal correlation of each level, and provides theoretical support and practical guidance for applied universities to carry out digital literacy education and cultivate composite digital talents adapted to the digital economy.
