落实好数智化责任是当前数智技术与高校教育深度融合背景下的重要议题。目前,数智技术赋能高校教育的研究成果日益涌现,而对高校数智化责任的理论探讨却并不多见,亟待引起各领域的高度重视。结合我国高校数智化转型的实践,人工智能等数智技术的应用场景主要包括教学场景、科研场景和管理场景。伴随着数智技术的深度嵌入和现实问题,场景对伦理责任、法律责任、社会责任和文化责任的实践指向更加凸显。鉴于此,加快高校数智化责任的范式重构意义重大,一是构建主动式的责任治理流程;二是形成协同共治的责任承担结构;三是培育负责任的数智化文化体系。
Implementing digital and intelligent responsibilities has become a critical issue amid the deep integration of these technologies with higher education. While research on how digital and intelligent technologies empower university education continues to proliferate, theoretical discussions regarding institutional accountability in this context remain scarce—a gap that demands urgent attention across academic disciplines. Based on China's practical experiences in digital transformation, applications of AI and related technologies primarily occur in three domains: teaching, research, and administration. As these technologies become more deeply embedded and address real-world challenges, their implications for ethical, legal, social, and cultural responsibilities have grown increasingly prominent. Consequently, accelerating the restructuring of accountability frameworks in universities is imperative: first, establishing proactive governance mechanisms; second, fostering collaborative responsibility-sharing structures; and third, cultivating a responsible digital and intelligent culture system.
