汉越词在越南语词汇中占比较大且具有重要地位，这是汉语与越南语长期接触交流的结果。汉越词进入越南语后，受越南语影响，部分词汇的语义发生了演变，与原始汉义产生差异。这一现象容易导致翻译过程中出现偏误，严重影响越中、中越翻译的准确性。本文在研究汉越词语义演变过程的基础上，指出汉越词翻译中的常见偏误，进而为译者提供越汉、汉越翻译的注意事项。

Sino-Vietnamese words constitute a significant proportion of the Vietnamese lexicon and hold an important position, resulting from long-term contact and exchange between Chinese and Vietnamese. After entering the Vietnamese language, some Sino-Vietnamese words have undergone semantic evolution under the influence of Vietnamese, creating discrepancies with their original Chinese meanings. This phenomenon easily leads to translation errors, seriously affecting the accuracy of Vietnamese-Chinese and Chinese-Vietnamese translation. Based on an investigation of the semantic evolution process of Sino-Vietnamese words, this paper identifies common errors in translating Sino-Vietnamese words and provides recommendations for translators working on Vietnamese-Chinese and Chinese-Vietnamese translation.
