摘要/Abstract

随着社交媒体成为语言创新的关键场域,“X不X”类新兴表达日益活跃。其中,“city不city”作为典型个案,其语言特质与流行机制值得深究。在结构上,它通过“独特构式,实现了对英语词类的创造性转化与句法嫁接;在语用上,它在特定语境中传递出反讽、调侃或精准概括等复杂情感态度。本文从模因论与社会语言学视角出发,通过对网络语料的观察与分析,系统考察该结构的语法创新、语用功能及流行动因。


As social media has become a crucial arena for linguistic innovation, novel expressions following the "XX" (X or not X) pattern have become increasingly active. Among them, "citycity" serves as a typical case, whose linguistic features and流行mechanisms warrant in-depth investigation. Structurally, it achieves a creative transformation and syntactic grafting of an English word class through its unique construction. Pragmatically, it conveys complex emotional attitudes such as irony, banter, or precise summarization within specific contexts. This article starts from the perspectives of memetics and sociolinguistics, and systematically examines the grammatical innovation, pragmatic function, and popular motives of this structure through observation and analysis of online corpora.
