党的十八大以来，党和国家对高校就业工作的重视程度达到了前所未有的战略高度，多次围绕高校毕业生就业工作做出重要指示,为高校就业工作提供了坚强的组织保障和体制机制优势。高校作为培养大学生的重要阵地，毕业生能否实现高质量充分就业是检验高校人才培养质量的试金石。本文立足北京高校大学生就业创业指导中心提供的2024年北京联合大学阶段性就业进展数据，在对影响应用型大学毕业生就业进展相关因素深入分析的基础上，认为应用型大学在促进高质量充分就业的对策上应从以下三个方面下功夫：注重宏观产业结构调整与微观专业学科设置相协同，提高大学生人岗匹配度；促进产教深度融合，提升大学生实践与创新能力；完善高校就业指导课程体系，提升就业工作总体满意度。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party and the state have attached unprecedented strategic importance to the employment work of universities, and have made important instructions on the employment work of university graduates multiple times, providing strong organizational guarantees and institutional advantages for the employment work of universities. As an important battlefield for cultivating college students, whether graduates can achieve high-quality and full employment is the touchstone for testing the quality of talent cultivation in universities. This article is based on the phased employment progress data of Beijing Union University in 2024 provided by the Beijing College Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Center. Based on an in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the employment progress of graduates from applied universities, it is believed that applied universities should focus on the following three aspects in promoting high-quality and full employment: emphasizing the coordination between macro industrial structure adjustment and micro professional discipline setting, and improving the matching degree between college students and positions; Promote the deep integration of industry and education, and enhance the practical and innovative abilities of college students; Improve the curriculum system of employment guidance in universities and enhance overall job satisfaction.
