研究生教育是我国高等教育人才培养的最高层次，研究生的学术能力以及思想政治教育是评价研究生教育发展水平及研究生培养质量的两个重要依据。本文从新时代背景下研究生思想政治教育与学术能力协同培养意义展开，对二者协同培养机制进行研究分析。通过构建“思政+学术”融合课程体系、导师履行“育人+治学”双重职责、科研平台搭建“实践+思政”育人载体、管理部门完善“制度+保障”支撑体系、研究生强化“自我+主动”发展意识五个维度，形成全方位、多层次协同培养机制，实现研究生思想政治教育与学术能力培养的有机统一、同向同行。

Graduate education represents the highest level of talent cultivation in China's higher education system. The academic abilities and ideological-political education of graduate students serve as two critical benchmarks for evaluating the development level and training quality of graduate education. This paper explores the significance of synergistic cultivation between ideological-political education and academic abilities in the context of the new era, conducting research and analysis on their collaborative mechanisms. By establishing a "ideological-political + academic" integrated curriculum system, guiding faculty to fulfill their dual responsibilities of "education + scholarship," constructing research platforms as "practice + ideological-political" educational carriers, improving "system + support" frameworks within administrative departments, and fostering graduate students' "self-driven + proactive" development awareness across five dimensions, a comprehensive, multi-level synergistic cultivation mechanism is formed. This achieves the organic unity and aligned progress of ideological-political education and academic ability cultivation for graduate students.
