地处中原大地的牧野之城新乡市是笔者的家乡，它在历史与现代的交织中演绎了许多历久弥新的故事。走在这座充满活力的城市，道路名称是一道耐人寻味的独特标识。鉴于此，本文从社会语言学研究的角度入手，以新乡市区397个道路名称作为研究对象，对新乡市道路名称的语言结构、文化内涵、历史演变以及道路名称的规范化等内容进行了初步探析，希望能为街道的命名工作添砖加瓦，同时也想让其他地域的朋友更好地了解新乡这座城市。

Xinxiang, known as the "City of Muye" located in the Central Plains, is the author's hometown. It has witnessed many enduring stories in the interweaving of history and modernity. Walking through this vibrant city, road names stand out as a unique and thought-provoking symbol. In view of this, this paper, from the perspective of sociolinguistic research, takes 397 road names in the urban area of Xinxiang as the research object, and conducts a preliminary analysis on the linguistic structure, cultural connotations, historical evolution and standardization of Xinxiang's road names. It is hoped that this study can contribute to the work of street naming, and at the same time help friends from other regions gain a better understanding of Xinxiang.
