随着国际中文教育的不断发展,越来越多的学者认识到文化教学的重要性。但当前文化课教学存在较多困境,文化教学成果在一定程度上并未达到理想效果。因此,文章试以教育目标分类法为指导,以《茶 品茶 茶文化》课程为例,从认知、情感及动作技能三方面设计教学目标,以期在精细化教学目标指导下,教师更好地引领学生学习中华文化。
With the continuous development of international Chinese language education, a growing number of scholars have recognized the significance of cultural instruction. However, current cultural teaching faces numerous challenges, and the outcomes of such instruction often fall short of ideal expectations. This paper, guided by the taxonomy of educational objectives, examines the course Tea, Tea Appreciation, and Tea Culture as a case study. By designing instructional objectives across three domains—cognitive, affective, and psychomotor—the study aims to enhance the teaching and learning of Chinese culture through refined instructional goals, thereby enabling educators to better guide students in their cultural acquisition.
