职业教育数字化转型是推动教育现代化的重要举措,其核心影响因素包括政策驱动、技术赋能、资源建设、主体能力和产教协同五个维度。研究发现,当前转型面临技术-人才适配不足、资源-需求匹配失衡、制度-实践协同障碍等挑战。针对这些问题,文章提出构建“云-边-端”数字基座、实施教师数字素养分级认证、打造“政-校-企-研”数据共享联盟等优化建议。未来需进一步量化影响因素权重,借鉴国际经验,探索人机协同的新型教育生态,为职业教育数字化转型提供持续动力。
The digital transformation of vocational education is a key initiative to advance educational modernization, with core influencing factors including policy drive, technological empowerment, resource development, stakeholder capabilities, and industry-education collaboration. The study identifies challenges such as technology-talent mismatch, resource-demand imbalance, and policy-practice misalignment. To address these, the paper proposes building an integrated "cloud-edge-device" digital infrastructure, implementing tiered teacher digital literacy certification, and establishing a "government-school-enterprise-research" data-sharing alliance. Future research should quantify factor weights, draw on international experiences, and explore human-AI collaborative educational ecosystems to sustain the transformation momentum.
