As the first chapter of the book 《Zhuangzi》, 《Xiaoyao You》 focuses on one of Zhuangzi's main ideas - the carefree thoughts of "selflessness", "futility", and "anonymity". This article first analyzes the relevant discourse of the "debate between the small and the big" in "Xiaoyao You", interprets the examples throughout the whole article, and points out that Xiaoyao is "detachment" and "selflessness", as well as following the Tao, conforming to and relying on the Tao in life and work. Only by achieving 'selflessness, futility, and anonymity' can true freedom and freedom be realized. Based on the connotation of carefree mentioned earlier, it is revealed that people can also achieve carefree through transformation.
