本文以员工持股计划作为解释变量,探究员工持股计划开展与否对家族企业数字化转型之间的关系,并以组织动态能力作为中介变量探究其存在的中介效应。本文选取2014-2022我国A股上市家族企业共10503条数据为样本进行实证分析,研究结果表明:(1)家族企业开展员工持股计划能有效推进企业数字化转型的进程。(2)家企中员工持股计划能通过提升组织动态能力中的创新能力与适应能力,从而有效促进数字化转型效率。
This paper takes the Employee Stock Ownership Plan as the explanatory variable to explore the relationship between the implementation of the employee stock ownership plan and the digital transformation of family enterprises, and takes organizational dynamic capabilities as the mediating variable to investigate the mediating effect. This paper selects a total of 10,503 data of A-share listed family enterprises in China from 2014 to 2022 as samples for empirical analysis. The research results show that: (1) The implementation of the employee stock ownership plan in family enterprises can effectively promote the process of digital transformation of enterprises. (2) The employee stock ownership plan in family enterprises can effectively promote the efficiency of digital transformation by enhancing the innovation ability and adaptability in organizational dynamic capabilities.
