以习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想为指导，以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线，在认真学习贯彻习近平总书记考察云南重要讲话精神和有关重要指示批示的基础上，立足云南实际与特点，结合民族团结进步示范区建设，从重大意义、客观基础、创新行动、基本经验等方面总结云南推进铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践探索与成效，讲好铸牢中华民族共同体意识的云南故事，并推广运用云南的成功做法与经验，共同推进铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作落地见效。
