当今的许多研究，只强调“公车上书”中康有为类似英雄性的开山劈斧的意义而很少甚至不注重“公车上书”发生时间背景的幕后真相，有失于偏颇；而在学术研讨中反对不同的声音、抱着不存异的先入为主讨论问题，未免会失去探寻历史真实的机会和胜算。关于公车上书的背后发动者，茅海建与房德邻各有其据、各持其论，两者开展了精彩的学术辩论。本文通过对两位学者论文的整体逻辑、史料解读和问题意识、作者对人物和事件的分析评判、作者的笔风行文与互评几方面进行简要思考，说明本文对公车上书的观点。

Nowadays, many researches only emphasize the significance of Kang Youwei's heroic action in "Bus Shangshu", but pay little or no attention to the truth behind the background of the time and background of "Bus Shangshu".
