焦作古称怀庆府，焦作方言作为北方方言与普通话有许多相似之处，但焦作方言的许多词汇和普通话之间存在差异，本文对比了焦作方言和普通话之间音节数量、构词语素、构词方式和词义方面的差异。

Jiaozuo was called Huaiqingfu in ancient times. Jiaozuo dialect, as a northern dialect, has many similarities with Mandarin, but still has differences between many of the words in the Jiaozuo dialect and Mandarin. This paper compares the differences in the number of syllables, word formation morphemes, word formation styles, and lexical meanings between the Jiaozuo dialect and Mandarin.
