摘要/Abstract

从成果导向教育(OBE)理念出发,以“线网规划设计、运输规划设计、运营组织管理”的工程能力培养为主线,整合交通运输专业的实践教学模块,构建了多层次、多维度协同递进式实践课程体系,通过实践项目+竞赛双轮驱动的教学实施模式,加持基于实践成果的过程式成绩评价方法,实现实践教学效果最优化。经过四年持续改进,取得了可观的育人效果。


From the perspective of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), a multi-tiered and multidimensional progressive practical curriculum system has been constructed, centering on the cultivation of engineering capabilities in "network planning and design, transportation planning and design, and operation organization management." This system integrates practical teaching modules in transportation engineering and is driven by a dual-wheel teaching implementation model of practical projects and competitions. By employing a process-based performance evaluation method based on practical results, it optimizes the effectiveness of practical teaching. After four years of continuous improvement, it has achieved significant educational outcomes.
