摘要/Abstract

律师实务案例教学突破了因法设题的案例研习传统,借助现代化技术发展之势,与法律实务相关课程联合,发挥与社区、法院、律所等社会实践基地合作优势,在寓教于案等方面不断探索,逐渐形成了“以情设案”的律师实务案例教学模式,适宜在以职业为导向的法律实务类课程中进行推广。论文分析案例教学改革中的创新与实践,总结律师实务案例教学的价值与成效,以落实“新文科”背景下新法学教育教学多维度目标。


Lawyer practice case teaching breaks through the tradition of case study based on legal topics. It takes advantage of the development of modern technology and combines it with legal practice-related courses to give full play to the advantages of cooperation with social practice bases such as communities, courts, law firms, etc., in teaching through cases, etc. Through continuous exploration in this regard, a lawyer practice case teaching model of "setting cases based on emotion" has gradually been formed, which is suitable for promotion in career-oriented legal practice courses. The paper analyzes the innovation and practice in the reform of case teaching, and summarizes the value and effectiveness of case teaching for lawyers in order to implement the multi-dimensional goals of new legal education and teaching under the background of "new liberal arts".
