中国城市规模不断扩大的同时，还留在城市中心区域的老旧工业阻碍了新型城镇化建设，城市更新就在这样的背景下被提上日程。改革开放40年间，成都的标签从工业文明转向为宜居城市，在这个过程中，不仅完成了经济的腾飞，更推动了城市的转型发展。作为成都市工业基地的发源地，成都东郊工业区在经历了发展、鼎盛、衰落与搬迁4个阶段后，随着《成都市优秀近现代建筑保护规划》的出台，开始作为工业遗产被保留下来。本文以成都东郊工业区为例，结合城市交通运输，总结了成都东郊工业区演变历程，并通过对现存问题的归纳，针对性地提出未来转变、创新的可能性及发展策略。

While the scale of Chinese cities continues to expand, the old industries that remain in the city center have hindered the construction of new urbanization. Urban renewal has been put on the agenda in this context. In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, Chengdu's label has changed from industrial civilization to livable city, in the process, not only completed the economic take-off, but also promoted the transformation and development of the city. As the birthplace of Chengdu industrial base, Chengdu Eastern suburb Industrial Zone has experienced four stages of development, prosperity, decline and relocation, and began to be preserved as an industrial heritage with the introduction of "Chengdu Excellent Modern and Modern Architecture Protection Plan". This paper takes Chengdu Eastern suburb Industrial Zone as an example, combined with urban transportation, summarizes the evolution of Chengdu Eastern suburb industrial zone, and proposes the possibility of future transformation, innovation and development strategy by summarizing the existing problems.
