近年来,对外汉语教育事业蓬勃发展,来豫留学生逐年增加,教育交流愈加频繁,对外汉语教学离不开文化教学,也不能仅用笼统的文化进行教学,必须要结合本土文化才能让留学生更好地感受中国文化。而烩面作为中原饮食文化的代表之一,具有独特的文化和经济价值。因此,本文选取“中国十大面条之一”的烩面这一具有代表性的河南饮食文化符号,试图挖掘其所蕴含的文化资源并将其融入到对外汉语教学实践中,在内容和形式上有更丰富的呈现,借助地域文化的独特魅力,提高留学生对中国文化的兴趣,增进留学生对中国文化的理解。
In recent years, the cause of teaching Chinese as a foreign language has developed vigorously, the number of foreign students coming to China has increased year by year, and educational exchanges have become more frequent. Teaching Chinese as a foreign language cannot be separated from cultural teaching, nor can it be taught only with general culture. Only by combining local culture can foreign students feel culture better. Huimian Noodles, as one of the representatives of Central Plains food culture, has unique cultural and economic value. Therefore, this paper chooses Huimian Noodles, one of the top ten noodles in China, as a representative symbol of Henan food culture, and tries to tap its cultural resources and integrate them into the practice of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, which has a richer presentation in content and form. With the help of the unique charm of regional culture, it can enhance the interest of foreign students in China culture and enhance their understanding of China culture.
