为缓解我国人口老龄化和调整人口结构，2021年6月26日中共中央 国务院关于优化生育政策 促进人口长期均衡发展发布决定，修改了《中华人民共和国人口与计划生育法》，提倡适龄婚育、优生优育，实施三孩生育政策。该政策实施以来，政策效果并非完美，我们要看到该政策的积极作用和消极作用。女性作为生育的主体，不可避免地受到影响，首当其冲的就是女性就业问题。原本生育一孩和二孩时未解决的矛盾和问题随着三孩的实施又会进一步激化，使女性面临的问题更加严峻。本文基于三孩政策颁布的背景，通过文献综述法和调查问卷法分析了三孩政策对女性就业产生的影响及其原因，通过对女性因生育遭受的就业歧视问题提出建议，使得三孩政策能顺利实施，以减轻人口老龄化，调整人口就业结构。

本文分为五章，第一章为导论，阐述本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究主要内容及方法和创新；第二章包括相关概念以及国内外有关生育政策对女性就业的文献综述；第三章通过以问卷调查的数据为基础分析三孩政策对女性就业现状及其对女性求职、职业发展现状及其他的影响；第四章分析三孩政策对女性就业产生影响的主观和客观原因；第五章提出应对策略以利于女性公平就业和三孩政策更好的落实。

In order to alleviate the aging of China's population and adjust the population structure, the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued a decision on Optimizing family planning policies to promote the long-term balanced development of population on June 26, 2021, amending the Population and Family Planning Law of the People's Republic of China, advocating age-appropriate marriage and childbirth, healthy childbirth, and implementing the three-child policy. Since the implementation of the policy, the policy effect is not perfect, we should see the positive and negative effects of the policy. As the main body of fertility, women are inevitably affected, the first is female employment. With the implementation of the third child, the contradictions and problems that had not been solved in the birth of one child and two children will be further intensified, making the problems faced by women more severe. This article is based on three child policy promulgated background, through literature review method and questionnaire method, analyses the three child policy on the impact of female employment and its reason, through to the employment discrimination against women with fertility problems put forward the proposal to make three child policy can smooth implementation, to alleviate the population ageing, population employment structure adjustment.

This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, expounds the research background, research significance, research main content, methods and innovation. The second chapter includes related concepts and literature review of domestic and foreign fertility policy on female employment. The third chapter analyzes the influence of the three-child policy on the current situation of female employment and its influence on the current situation of female job hunting, career development and other aspects based on the data of questionnaire survey. The fourth chapter analyzes the subjective and objective reasons of the impact of the three-child policy on female employment. The fifth chapter puts forward countermeasures to facilitate the implementation of women's fair employment and three-child policy.
