摘要/Abstract

本文以浙江省各市2017年基础教育投入产出情况为研究对象,通过熵值法整理、分析、比较各市基础教育的人力投入、物力投入、财力投入、总体投入和总体产出水平,总结出浙江省基础教育投入产出四种主要类型:“高投入——高产出”型、“高投入——低产出”型、“低投入——高产出”型、“低投入——低产出”型,浅析各市基础发展过程中的问题:教育投入冗余、学校布局不合理、资源利用效率不高等,并从系统论视角思考浙江省基础教育的整体发展以及提出完善顶层设计、统筹资源配置、精进管理方式等建议。


This paper takes the input-output situation of basic education in Zhejiang Province in 2017 as the research object, sorts out, analyzes and compares the human input, material input, financial input, overall input and overall output level of basic education in various cities by entropy method, and summarizes four main types of input-output of basic education in Zhejiang Province: high input-high output, high input-low output and low input-high output. This paper analyzes the problems in the process of basic development in cities, such as redundant investment in education, unreasonable school layout and low efficiency in resource utilization, and considers the overall development of basic education in Zhejiang Province from the perspective of system theory, and puts forward some suggestions such as perfecting top-level design, coordinating resource allocation and improving management methods.
