针对目前高校廉政文化建设中存在的重视程度不够、教育形式单一、硬件设施不完善、制度不够健全等问题提出新时代加强高校廉政文化建设的基本思路，就是要牢牢把握落实立德树人根本任务，紧紧围绕为民务实清廉政治本色，始终坚守为党育人、为国育才，心怀“国之大者”，充分发挥文化教育人、塑造人、感染人的功能和作用，把廉政文化贯穿于教育管理、教学科研各环节全过程，永葆育人初心，勇担时代使命，以理想信念强基固本，以先进文化启智润心，以高尚道德砥砺品格，不断推进校园廉政文化建设，不断营造风清气正的校园环境，确保高校廉政文化建设工作落到实处。
