摘要/Abstract

本文深刻学习领会习近平总书记关于加强宣传思想文化工作的重要论述，阐述了构建新时代高校宣传思想文化工作新格局的重大意义，提出了在培根铸魂、启智润心上下功夫，在塑造品牌、力促发展上下功夫，在凝聚力量、展示形象上下功夫的思路举措，明确了重点任务和构建新格局工作目标。

This article deeply studies and comprehends General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussions on strengthening propaganda of ideological and cultural work, elaborating the great significance of building a new pattern of ideological and cultural work in colleges and universities in the new era. In this article, three aspects have been put forward which should make great efforts: cultivating the root and casting the soul、inspiring intelligence and warming heart; building the brand and stimulating the development; converging cohesion and strength and displaying image. This article also defines the key tasks and the aim of building a new pattern.
