摘要/Abstract
对于一个好的管理者而言,知人善用十分重要。荀子作为继孔子、孟子之后的又一杰出的儒家思想家,对先秦儒家的管理思想进行充分的继承与发扬,尤其在人才的选用方面形成了一套对后世影响颇深的独特的人才观。他在坚持尚贤使能的基础上对何谓人才进行了规定,并在选、用、考核等人才管理的各个环节都有独到的见解。荀子的人才观不但在当时发挥了重要作用,即使在现世其思想精华仍然影响深远。
For a good manager, it is very important to know people and make good use of them. Xunzi, as another outstanding Confucian thinker after Confucius and Mencius, fully inherited and developed the management thought of pre-Qin Confucianism, especially in the selection of talents, formed a set of unique talent view which had a profound influence on the later generations. On the basis of adhering to the principle of enabling talents, he stipulated what talents were, and had unique views on the various links of talent management, such as selection, use and assessment. Xunzi's view of talent not only played an important role at that time, even in the modern world, the essence of his thought is still far-reaching.
