摘要/Abstract

构建中国—东盟命运共同体是共建“一带一路”、打造人类命运共同体的重点内容、重要起点。通过基础设施联通、经贸合作、政策对接、人文交流，东盟地区的“一带一路”建设取得了令人瞩目的成就，中国与东盟各国在促进互联互通区域一体，推进建设利益共同体、安全共同体、人文共同体方面都有重要进展，东盟为中国构建周边命运共同体提供了有力支撑，中国-东盟命运共同体成为人类命运共同体建设的先导和样板。

Building the China-ASEAN Community of common destiny is an important part and also the starting point for the construction of the Belt and Road as well as a community with a shared future for mankind. Through infrastructure links, economic and trade cooperation, policy docking and cultural exchanges, China and ASEAN countries have made important progress in promoting regional integration of interconnectivity and the construction of interest communities, security communities and humanistic communities. ASEAN has provided strong support for China to build neighboring communities of common destiny, and China-ASEAN Community of shared future has become the forerunner and model for the construction of a community of shared future for mankind.
